The three-day 25th IIFA Awards was held in Jaipur and ended with a bang with the main award ceremony. The star-studded event had lots of memorable moments and in this article, Bollywood Hungama will list a few of them.

The hosts of the evening were Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan, and they were raised tons of laughs. At the very onset, they indulged in a rap battle and roasted each other unabashedly. As expected, Karan Johar was targeted for nepotism and also Kalank and Student Of The Year 2. KJo, meanwhile, trolled Kartik for ‘stealing film franchises’ and for Shehzada. Both ended the rap by joining hands for their much-awaited upcoming film, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.
At a later point, they joked about starting a news channel, named after their own name, KaKa News! Both spread fake news about each other creatively, from Kartik alleging that all is not well between him and Shah Rukh to KJo spreading rumours that a bankrupt Kartik had to take Rs. 100 from Karan!
Another memorable moment between them was when Kartik Aaryan joked about Karan Johar’s recently released film, Nadaaniyan, starring Ibrahim Ali Khan. Kartik quipped, “Other filmmakers are re-releasing films while you have re-released Saif Ali Khan!”
The dance performances were grand and enticed the audience. Madhuri Dixit was graceful as always while Kriti Sanon was energetic. Kareena Kapoor Khan danced on the famous songs of Raj Kapoor and even impersonated him, leaving the audience impressed. And of course, Shah Rukh Khan emerged as the scene stealer.
At the beginning of the show, the audience suddenly started celebrating, making some wonder what happened. It soon came to light that there was hooting and whistling as India won the ICC Champions Trophy. The IIFA team updated the script in no time. Many who came on stage talked about it and excited the attendees.
