Will The Fantastic Four: First Steps have bigger stakes than any film before it? The latest trailer and poster tease big things for Marvel’s first family.
With The Fantastic Four: First Steps now just a month away from release, fans expected Marvel to really step up their game marketing-wise. Their last few projects have been relative duds at the box office, struggling to live up to their prior legacy of success. So fans expected one killer final trailer for the project, and maybe even a new poster or two.
It’s safe to say, Marvel is delivering on those expectations. The latest, and potentially final, trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps has finally hit the web. And while previous footage from the film has put a focus on the family’s love and connections, this trailer cranks things up to a cosmic level, bringing the team face-to-face with Galactus as they must protect the world from complete and utter devastation by the World Eater.
Marvel’s Fantastic Poster For The Four
Alongside the trailer, Marvel has released a new poster for The Fantastic Four: First Steps. It’s the closest fans have gotten to the classic “talking heads” poster, though still maintains the unique dynamic of the classic superhero team. It even gives fans fresh peeks at the Silver Surfer, Galactus, and H.E.R.B.I.E., who round out the project’s main cast.

While it is technically possible Marvel releases one final trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps in the days just before or just after release, it’s more than likely this is the final poster. The studio has already released specialized posters for IMAX, 3D, Dolby, and other premium formats. So unless they decided to do one that is the epitome is floating heads in a circle, this may be the last poster fans see of Marvel’s First Family.
