Is Ben Affleck finally accepting that Jennifer Garner is happy with her man?!
As Perezcious readers know, the filmmaker was caught getting cozy with his ex-wife during a family outing back in March — sparking reconciliation rumors. The problem? Jennifer is dating her longtime boyfriend, John Miller. Her beau, of course, was upset about the whole thing. Page Six Sources claimed the Cali Group CEO knew “nothing [was] going on between” the exes, but he thought the pic crossed the line. So, John reportedly “gave Jen an ultimatum,” saying “he doesn’t want to see anything like that again or he has no choice but to walk away.” Yeesh!
Fortunately, nothing drastic happened! A Us Weekly insider later assured everyone their relationship was fine! And the proof all is still well between Jen and John came this week! The two were seen passionately kissing and hugging outside his home in Los Angeles! And let’s just say their chemistry is palpable through the screen! See the pictures HERE.

But what does Ben think about all this? At first, the actor was less than thrilled about Jen’s relationship. A source told Dailymail.com on Friday:
“Everyone who knows Jen knows how crazy in love she is with John, and neither of them are shy about showing it. Their relationship has had its ups and downs, and in the beginning, Ben wasn’t thrilled with John – he thought John was just a rebound.”
However, the insider noted, “that attitude has changed.” He actually likes John now! The source continued:
“Ben now respects John and considers him a solid guy. John treats Jen exactly as she deserves and is very close to her kids. The [Affleck] children don’t view [John] as their dad because they know who their father is but they also know John would do anything for their mom and for them. He’s a constant presence, and his relationship with Jen has only grown stronger. They can never keep their hands off each other, their chemistry is off the charts, and she finds him super sexy.”
Get it, Jen! Ultimately, her man is “a gentleman who showers her with love and never misses a holiday or birthday for her or the children.” It sounds like Jen found herself a great guy! Even Ben cannot deny that! While her relationship with John is super solid right now, the pair are in no rush to tie the knot! The source said:
“They’re confident in their partnership and don’t need a ring to validate it. While no one would be surprised if they eventually got married, neither of them feels pressured to do so. One of the biggest advantages is John’s distance from the entertainment industry. He’s a successful and wealthy CEO of [investment company] Cali Group. Hollywood rarely enters their conversations.”
At least John has Ben’s stamp of approval now! Hopefully, this marks a turning point, in which the Good Will Hunting star can let go of those desires to give a romance with Jennifer another shot!
