Jason Momoa‘s son just scored a major movie role — and people have a lot of thoughts…
Sources confirmed to Deadline on Tuesday that Nakoa-Wolf Momoa will make his feature film debut alongside his father in Dune Part 3! Whoa! The third and final movie is expected to adapt Frank Herbert’s novel Dune Messiah, which is set 12 years after the events of Dune. Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya are expected to reprise their respective roles as Paul Atreides and Chani. Jason previously announced he’ll return to play the resurrected ghola of Duncan Idaho. And now we know his son will be in the film too! As for which character, though?
According to the outlet, the 16-year-old will play Leto II, the son of Paul and Chani. That’s Timmy and Zendaya, y’all! Hmm… His on-screen twin sister Ghanima will be portrayed by Ida Brooke, best known for the television series Silo. Wow! So, Nakoa-Wolf has a huge part here!
