Justin Bieber is speaking very frankly after he sparked concern among fans.
Very early on Thursday morning, the Baby hitmaker took to his Instagram Stories to post a long and impassioned plea for help from none other than… Jesus Christ himself. As part of his message, which also comes amid ongoing rumors of serious relationship problems with Hailey Bieber, the 30-year-old admitted “it’s time to grow up” and counseled his followers on how best to change, grow, and mature. And considering the reports we’ve been chronicling about his recent behavior, uh, we sure hope he takes his own advice here…

The intense prayer began like this:
“ITS TIME TO GROW UP! / CHANGING IS ABOUT LETTING GO! / NOT TRYING HARDER!”
Before Jack Blues‘ dad moved on to admit that he “tried to follow the rules” earlier in his life before finally finding love to be more powerful than that:
“ARE YOU TIRED OF TRYING TO FOLLOW ALL OF THE RULES IN HOPES TO GET THE RESULTS YOU CRAVE? / IVE FOUND LOVE TO BE MORE POWERFUL THAN RULES / I TRIED TO FOLLOW THE RULES / IM NOT GOOD AT IT”
Hmmm…
What rules would those be, Justin?? From there, he claimed that love really is all ya need:
“BUT U DONT NEED TO FOLLOW RULES TO ENTER INTO A LIFE OF LOVE / U JUST RECIEVE SO ENTER LOVE LIVING!”
But, you know, God’s love is what he meant, we guess? Not Hailey’s?
“GOD ALWAYS GRANTS US LOVE! / ITS ONE OF HIS PROMISES! / UPON RECEIVING GODS LOVE! / U START TO CHANGE / AND START FOLLOWING LOVE”
Next, he spoke about maturity. Rather than worry about insecurities and fears, the pop superstar explained IN ALL CAPS to his throngs of followers, he would rather just leave all that weight to be placed upon God’s shoulders:
“YOU DONT WORK TO MATURE! / YOU LET GO TO MATURE! / TODAY IM LETTING GO AND REMEMBERING / THE WEIGHT ISNT ON ME TO CHANGE / THE WEIGHT IS ON GOD / SO I GIVE ALL MY INSECURITIES AND MY FEARS TO HIM THIS MORNING / BECAUSE I KNOW HE GLADLY TAKES IT”
And to wrap it all up, he called on Jesus to “genuinely help” him through these adversities:
“ASKING JESUS TO GENUINELY HELP ME WITH SIMPLY THE NEXT STEP TODAY”
